Pametne Tehnologije d.o.o. (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides Placetel/Webex – Bitrix24 integration -  an application that integrates telephony services (Webex or Placetel) with CRM systems such as Bitrix24.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data when you use our application.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Your organization (the company or individual who uses our application for business purposes) is responsible for deciding how your personal data is used.
We process your personal data only on their behalf and according to their instructions. In GDPR terms, your organization is the Data Controller, and we act as a Data Processor.

2. What data we process

When you use our application, we may process the following data:

• Phone numbers
• Call time and duration
• Name and e-mail of Webex or Placetel users
• Links to call recordings (if recording is enabled in Webex or Placetel)

3. Why we process this data

We process this data only to provide the integration between Webex/Placetel and your CRM system (e.g., Bitrix24).

4. Where the data is stored

All personal data is stored securely in data centers located in the European Union (Slovakia).

5. How long we keep the data

• User’s name and phone number are stored until the subscription ends or the user logs out.
• Call records (numbers, call time) are stored for one week.
• Links to call recordings are not stored in our system.

6. Data deletion

• After the retention period expires, the relevant data is permanently deleted.
• When a user logs out, their name and e-mail are deleted.
• If the application is uninstalled, all data connected to that user is deleted.

We may send certain data to other services in order to provide our integration:

• Bitrix24: phone numbers, call time, links to call recordings. Once data is transferred, Bitrix24 processes it under your organization’s responsibility and its own policies.
• eServer s.r.o. (Slovakia): hosting provider, which stores data in secure EU-based data centers.

8. International data transfers

We do not transfer your data outside the European Union.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have rights such as:

• Access to your data
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)
• Restriction of processing
• Data portability
• Objection to processing

10. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access controls and staff confidentiality commitments, in line with Article 32 GDPR.

11. Data breaches

If a data breach occurs, we will promptly inform your organization so that they can notify supervisory authorities and affected individuals if required.
