This Refund Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service but is maintained as a separate document for clarity. It applies exclusively to subscriptions for our applications or integrations purchased on a subscription basis, as listed on integrations.pamteh.si.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU End Consumers)

1.1 Eligibility — This right applies only to end consumers (natural persons acting outside their trade, business, craft, or profession) as defined in Directive 2011/83/EU and the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Entering a VAT ID at checkout on paddle.com is deemed a declaration that you are not purchasing as an end consumer, and therefore you are not entitled to the 14-day EU withdrawal right.

1.2 Withdrawal Period — If you are an end consumer, you have the right to withdraw from a subscription within 14 calendar days from the conclusion of the contract, without giving any reason, subject to the conditions below. If you started with a free trial period before the paid subscription, the 14-day withdrawal period shall be deemed to have started on the first day of the trial.

1.3 Immediate Start of Service — By purchasing a subscription, you expressly request that the service begins immediately after purchase, even before the 14-day withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that: If you withdraw within the 14-day period, you must pay for the portion of the service already provided until the moment of withdrawal. Once the subscription term has been fully performed, you lose your right to withdraw (Article 16(a), Directive 2011/83/EU).

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

You may exercise your right of withdrawal directly within our applications or integrations. To do so, simply click the “Get Refund” button located in the Licenses section of any of our applications or integrations. By using this in-app option, your withdrawal request will be automatically registered with us and processed in accordance with this Refund Policy.

3. Refunds

3.1 Standard Refunds — If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments received, minus the proportional value of services provided until the date of withdrawal. Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal notice.

3.2 Payment Method — Refunds are made using the same payment method as your original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed.

3.3 Annual Subscriptions Including Discount —  If your subscription was purchased as an annual subscription including discount, before issuing a refund: 

• The subscription will be recalculated at the standard monthly price (without the annual discount); 
• We will then deduct the cost of the actually used period (calculated per day) from the recalculated monthly price; 
• The balance, if any, will be refunded.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
This right does not apply to:

• Services that have been fully performed with your express consent before the withdrawal period expires;
• Subscriptions entirely provided within a free trial period with your express consent.
