These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Pametne Tehnologije, d.o.o., a company registered in the Republic of Slovenia under VAT number SI24947741 with its registered address at Dunajska cesta 113, Ljubljana 1000, Slovenia (“Owner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia and applicable European Union law.
If you are a consumer residing in another EU member state, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence in accordance with EU Regulation No. 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis)
